My last post on food poisoning raised an interesting question about HOCl as an alternate method for making food safe. This compound has come up in a few discussions, so I did a writeup. Yep, the food industry is starting to become aware of HOCl as a more powerful tool to fight pathogens. There's several other reasons why we should be talking about it.
